We share talent information with companies only for the purpose of assigning professionals to client engagements. We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate, and with authorities where required by law.
5. Data Storage and Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While we work to safeguard your information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Your Rights
Under the NDPA, you have the right to access your data, request correction, request deletion, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hire@africantalentfront.com.
7. Client Engagement and Billing Records
When you engage African TalentFront as a client, we process the business contact details, company information and engagement details needed to prepare and administer your engagement order and Client Services Agreement, to issue invoices at the close of each service month, to collect payment, and to keep the accounting records we are required by law to maintain.
Where an assigned professional processes personal data on your behalf during an engagement, you act as the data controller and African TalentFront acts as a processor. In that role we process personal data only on your documented instructions, require every assigned professional to be bound by written confidentiality obligations, apply appropriate security measures, and return or delete the data at the end of the engagement. Professionals may be located outside your own country, and engaging us involves consenting to that processing. Where required, we will enter into a separate data processing agreement with you.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the African TalentFront website and services. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Service
African TalentFront is a managed remote staffing provider. We source, assess and engage professionals, assign them to client engagements, and manage onboarding, payment, performance and replacement support throughout. Professionals work remotely as an extension of the client team and remain engaged by African TalentFront.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Talent Applications
When you apply as talent, you agree that the information and documents you submit are genuine. Registration and inclusion in the ATF Talent Team do not guarantee placement or employment. Placement depends on client needs, screening outcomes, and availability.
4. Hiring Clients
Companies that submit hire requests agree to provide accurate role information and to engage with talents and African TalentFront in good faith. Pricing, hours, and terms for each engagement are agreed and recorded in a signed engagement order before any placement begins.
5. Engagement and Commencement
Each engagement is governed by our Client Services Agreement together with a signed engagement order describing the role, scope, working hours and monthly fee. The assigned professional begins work once the agreement and engagement order have been signed by both parties. No payment is required before work begins.
6. Payments and Billing
For managed engagements, clients pay African TalentFront directly, and we handle payment to the professional. Clients do not pay professionals directly.
Engagements are invoiced in arrears. An invoice is issued at the close of each service month covering the work delivered in that month, and is payable within seven days of the invoice date unless a different period is agreed in writing. A service month runs from the confirmed start date to the same calendar day in the following month.
All fees are stated in United States Dollars unless otherwise agreed. Bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion costs and any applicable taxes are borne by the client, so that the amount received by African TalentFront equals the amount invoiced.
Where an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, we may suspend the services and withdraw the assigned professional after written notice, and may charge interest on overdue amounts. Suspension does not affect fees already accrued.
7. Term, Cancellation and Replacement
Engagements run month to month with no minimum contract length. Either party may cancel an engagement by giving thirty days written notice. Fees remain payable for work delivered during the notice period.
If an assigned professional is not performing to the standard reasonably expected for the role, clients should notify us in writing. Where the matter is not resolved, we will source and assign a replacement professional at no additional placement cost, subject to the terms of the Client Services Agreement.
8. Direct Engagement of Professionals
Professionals introduced or assigned by African TalentFront are engaged by us. Clients agree not to employ, contract with or otherwise engage an introduced professional directly, whether during an engagement or for twelve months afterwards, except through African TalentFront or on payment of the direct engagement fee set out in the Client Services Agreement.
9. Ownership of Work
Work created by an assigned professional specifically for a client during an engagement belongs to that client, subject to payment of all fees due. African TalentFront retains ownership of its own methods, templates, systems and training materials.
10. Professionals on the ATF Talent Team
Professionals who join the ATF Talent Team sign a Professional Agreement with African TalentFront before any assignment begins. It covers the confidentiality of client information, the transfer to ATF of rights in work created during client assignments so that ATF can pass ownership of that work to the client, and an undertaking not to work directly with clients introduced by ATF outside an ATF engagement. Professionals are paid by ATF under the agreed assignment terms, and registration remains free.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
